Delete your Poultry Mandi account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@poultrymandi.com with the subject “Delete my account” and your registered mobile number. We may ask you to confirm the request from that number. We complete deletion within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your mobile number and profile (role, home market, language).
• Your batch records and daily logs.
• Your price alerts, reward unlocks and notification tokens.

What is kept

• Records of paid subscriptions that the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting, for the period the law requires. Google Play keeps its own order records.
• Server backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first (Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions).
