These terms apply to the Poultry Mandi app and website, operated by Poultry Mandi. By using them you agree to these terms.
Rates and forecasts are information, not advice
Rates are collected from markets and other sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Forecasts and sell-or-hold suggestions are estimates. Prices you actually get depend on weight, quality, quantity and the buyer. Make your own decisions; we are not responsible for losses from decisions based on the service.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information and keep your phone secure.
Paid plans
Paid plans are subscriptions billed by Google Play. They renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play (Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. We may change plan features or prices; price changes apply from your next renewal and Google Play will tell you in advance.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for your own farming or trading.
- Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish the rates or forecasts in bulk without our written permission.
- Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered place of business.
